Unable to Deploy the Node JS app having nodejs version greater than 18.16.0

The iisnode works only on nodejs version 18.16.0 and below. I Tried to deploy the nodejs app but it doesn't work at all.

@tjanczuk as this is no longer the main repo for iisnode (the Azure repo should be) and you don't reply to new issues, maybe it's time to archive this repo...
