Hangs after "Choosing subscription name" on OSX 10.8.4

I run

sudo npm install git-azure -g

then

git azure init --publishSettings [foo] --serviceName [bar] --force

and it hangs after the "Choosing subscription name [foobar]" output line - any ideas?

Same issue here. OSX 10.8.4, Node v0.10

After several hours I get this error message:

FATAL ERROR: CALL_AND_RETRY_2 Allocation failed - process out of memory
