Failed to load resource in Safari when "Prevent cross-site tracking" is turned on.

Earlier today I thought that updating Safari was the fix to the problem, but then discovered that no, in fact, it had not fixed anything. The problem retuned a couple hours later. It seems that simply restarting Safari only temporarily fixed the problem, and eventually the issue retuned, and the YouTube iframe resource would fail to load. Just posting to follow up on my previous post that I've since deleted, and to subscribe along to any progress on this issue.
