Much simpler than current pull request from Rolzad73:master. The hasDockedRects flag is irrelevant other than it detects your auto hidden taskbars correctly. Old bug, kinda irrelevant, but leaving for posterity....
Dragging the shortcut displays the no symbol. In addition, there is no "Pin to Taskbar" option after right-clicking the shortcut. How does one resolve this?
