[New Feature Request]: Drag and drop

Hi, I'm using Taskbargroup a lot. A good idea would be to add the "drag and drop" function to: (1) Add a shortcut to a group, directly on the taskbar. (2) Sort the icons of a group directly from the taskbar. Thank you very much
