Taskbar Groups will not open if file path contains a #

The application does not start, no crashes, just doesn't start if the path it is contained in has a #.

D:#PortableApps\GUI - Taskbar Groups - It wont run/execute

D:\GUI - Taskbar Groups - Runs as expected.

This particular issue happens to a handful of software out there for various reasons.

aka This is not the first time I have reported (and fixed) this particular issue for miscellaneous programs. :)
