Shortcuts/Applications won't open

Most of my shortcuts will open but a few just do absolutely nothing and I cant find anyone else talking about this is there a simple fix I'm not seeing?

My microsoft 365 wont open like word, power point, etc... I'm having the same problem too https://github.com/tjackenpacken/taskbar-groups/issues/179

Hey You can read The Solution that I gave it will be the solution for that bug I Haved that same problem with office but with that solution they open well
