image loading failing on big images on android

Dunno if it's only on android, but all my 96 and 112kb images (shot with front camera) are displayed correctly, and all 1 and 2mb pictures (shot with normal camera) are displayed as black rectangles.

I just shot a lower resolution picture with the front camera, (962kb) and it works, seems 1mb is the limit…
