I am using a computer and it just occurs when I press the "I am not a robot" then I get stuck seeing that load for like ever.

and the computer is a " Chromebook (it's the school ones and ofc)"

it just makes me stay there for like ever I cannot enter the proxy.

The problem isn't the device or your wifi, the proxy is not being maintained. So this issue is going to keep up, it's just because the proxy is no longer being fixed.

It worked for some time, but no longer works. I recommend finding a new one, but Scramjet isn't as good as UV.
