traefik not creating entries for from traefik pull what have been created with rule files

I've got some python code that dose this by providing a path, email and api key you can steal if you like? will need modding to fit the stuff you have already done. Just credit me if you use it:)

What do your traefik config file and companion config look like? I haven't had any issues with it pulling hosts on my end
