When bringing up the container stack with the image built based on 0.99.13, s6 services.available failed.

  1. Build an image with the base docker-leantime image tagged 0.99.13.
  2. Bring up the container with the image.
  3. Read docker-compose logs

What is the expected correct behavior?

s6 services.available process should pass the check.
