smtp does not work

branch buster: executing msmtp --version reveals: [...] System configuration file name: /etc/msmtprc [...] but: /install/etc/cont-init.d/05-smtp creates /etc/msmtp (without "rc").

msmtp requires either "from" in the configuration file or auto_from on; thus only ENABLE_SMTP_GMAIL=TRUE works.
