convert-to: Requesting address is denied: IP.ADDRESS

I have set up the docker via plesk docker. The ports are exposed and i have used plesk option for port forwarding.

I add the url to my nextcloud and it goes green and says 'collabora online server is reachable'. However when i go to edit a document the page opens but then just remains blank. In the docker log the error i get is : wsd-01253-01380 2023-03-29 10:35:36.401695 +0000 [ websrv_poll ] ERR Looks like SSL/TLS traffic on plain http port| wsd/COOLWSD.cpp:3707 "convert-to: Requesting address is denied: 77."

in the server logs i get the error:

1717064#0: *52223 recv() failed (104: Connection reset by peer) while reading response header from upstream

any help?

Did you find a solution. I also run into the problem that the /convert-to/ request is denied with a message like this:
