Setting of Environment properties

Hi!

I tired to configure clamav via the environment properties you specified in the list, and, ah, it looks like these properties are basically ignored.

bash-4.4# printenv
MAX_SCAN_SIZE=3000M
MAX_FILE_SIZE=3000M
.....
_=/bin/printenv```

And still, if i run the clamconf, i see the old values from clamd.conf: 

```bash
bash-4.4# clamconf -n
Checking configuration files in /etc/clamav
Config file: clamd.conf
LogFile = "/var/log/clamav/clamd.log"
.....
MaxScanSize = "157286400"
MaxFileSize = "31457280"
.....```

Am i missing something? I do not see any mechanism to replace these variables in the clamd.conf file, nor do i know that clamd would read these parameters directly from the environment? Am i doing something wrong, or is this mechanism missing?
