Make it clear that programming languages can be used for project search

I didn't know that the "Find project" form's search bar can also take programming languages as keyboards. This should be clarified.

We could have a small, gray-colored span with sample searches ("Try 'bitcoin' or 'ruby'") below the search bar or change the placeholder text.
