What is the current behavior? Describe the bug Name and role is not provided for the rich text editor textbox present under "TinyMCE listitem". Please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem via fiddle.tiny.cloud or similar.

- Open developer tool using "Ctrl+shift+i" and inspect for the textbox.
What is the expected behavior? Name as "TinyMCE" and role as "textbox" should be given for the textbox present under "TinyMCE listitem". Which versions of TinyMCE, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of TinyMCE?
