Style tags are stripped out from head tag

What is the current behavior? Describe the bug Give an entire HTML5 code snippet to tinymce, with head and style tag. Notice that styles are removed.

Please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem via fiddle.tiny.cloud or similar.

What is the expected behavior? Styles should persist

Which versions of TinyMCE, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of TinyMCE? v6.3

Hi @sonikasharma1403. TinyMCE 6 does not support whole HTML documents, only the contents of the body tag. Can you please provide some additional context, why you need this and how important it is to your use-case. Thanks.

@lostkeys - with TinyMCE v4, it used to work. hence, was wondering if it has been changed. Using the full-page plugin, I guess we were able to do it.
