I can't find what I'm looking for: migration-from-4x.md tinymce.ui.Tooltip

We were using tinymce.ui.Tooltip to show some custom and formated tooltip over element with special classes but I cant seem to find it anymore in TinyMCE5.

Hi @MissChocoe,

Unfortunately this functionality was removed for TinyMCE 5 and was not added to the migration guide. If you would like this functionality to be added to TinyMCE 5, I can move this ticket to the tinymce/tinymce repository where it can be treated as a feature request. Would you like me to transfer this issue, and if so, could you provide some more details on the use-case to ensure the feature is implemented in a helpful way.

Update: One of the developers has pointed out that there is already a GitHub issue for this feature. https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce/issues/5018 So, please add any additional information to that ticket and I'll keep this issue here to remind me to update the docs. Tyler
