Problem with page advanced/php-upload-handler.md

Would you mind adding full example oh HTML|JS|PHP for newbies. Now it seems that image_upload documentation is all over the place in separate pages, with out of context script fractures. hard to understand.

Update: most of the image_upload information was consolidated last year to this page: https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/general-configuration-guide/upload-images/ The PHP upload handler example will be added, along with a JS example, at a later date.
