Board Support: ESP32 AZ-Delivery Dev Kit C

I just found one of them you can still order from Germany-located electronics store AZ-Delivery and it's board design doesn't fit any of the existing ones.

According to shop page it's a special design by Expressif for this store.

I'd like to try to somehow get board support for this into TinyGo.

As the board contribution wiki stated, it shouldn't be that difficult as the EPS32 already has support.
