Packages supported by TinyGo: horizontal scrollbar in error textbox

When you view this page, the error textboxes show a horizontal scrollbar if the content is too wide, but the scrollbar is disabled, so it cannot be used. I happen to have an ultrawide, but I'm sure this hinders some potential collaborators.

Tested on Chrome 99.0.4844.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) OS is Ubuntu 20.04

FWIW I can scroll horizontally by selecting and dragging (Chrome 100.0.4896.75 on Mac OS 11.6.5)
