microbit-v2: add instructions on how to install softdevice firmware

Need to add instructions on how to install softdevice firmware on v2 board.

Is there any update on this issue? According to README.me support for v2 was to be expected "soon" ( https://github.com/tinygo-org/bluetooth/blob/release/README.md?plain=1#L252 ) but it has been a while since then.

Not sure what is needed nor how I could help with it.

Looks like this was fixed in https://github.com/tinygo-org/bluetooth/pull/356, so closing.
