bluetooth: notify/indicate not permitted

Hello,

i try to connect my game pad with my raspberry pico-w, but as soon as i try to enable notifications i get this error

bluetooth: notify/indicate not permitted

Under linux it works without any issues.

I'm using this characteristic CharacteristicUUIDReport

I hope someone can explain me what is going on.
