Reorganizing the project.

Hi - I got interested in your project, since I've got some ideas for a similar board. These are my commits:

Updated schematic for Kicad v.5.1.9-1

-- Altered FPGA-symbol: added properties, shrunk down symbol-size to take up less space

Defined the power-symbols with flags

replaced symbols with old library-references

Changed labels from global to local, and changed naming-scheme to reflect the AX card front picture

Added schematic colour-coding for I/O-groups

Altered folder-structure to a format mostly following the OSHWR.org guidelines
