The z-index on the #chrome_websiteIP is too low

It is very useful plugin, but in some cases there are floating banners on some sites that are positioned on the top of the div. it is possible to overcome this by increasing the x-index of the #chrome_websiteIP I downloaded it with Chrome extension source viewer plugin and fixed did it so
