Global setting for muting H264 audio?

How would users be able to mute H264 audio streaming? I suppose it can always be done by muting the browser tab, or disabling sound output altogether.

We could otherwise consider a setting in the UI, either in the video dialog (i.e., per device), or in the menu bar (i.e., per client).

Just out of curiosity: do we know the additional bandwidth cost of audio streaming?
