Log the board revision in the TinyPilot debug logs

It's possible to determine the exact version of the Raspberry Pi hardware by checking /proc/cpuinfo. We should log this as part of collect-debug-logs. It will help in support requests to know the exact hardware the customer has if it's a DIY build.
