[FEATURE] 导出连接配置

因为[一些原因](https://github.com/tiny-craft/tiny-rdm/issues/158#issuecomment-2016444183)我需要卸载重装，发现没有导出连接配置的地方，不太方便。 假如不做导出，也可以做一个自定义配置目录，用户也能知道连接和软件设置在`AppData/Roaming/TinyRDM`下，也能不存在C盘避免丢失。
