[BUG]SSL`允许不安全连接`无法取消

Tiny RDM Version 1.2.5

OS Version Macos 26

Redis Version redis

Describe the bug 数据库启用了tls，通过rediss链接，但是在设置页面取消勾选”允许不安全连接“点击保存无效，再次打开还是勾选了允许不安全连接，导致rediss链接无法连接超时
