norton antivirus detect TinyRDM_Setup_1.2.3_windows_x64.exe is malware

i use antivirus Norton 360 Deluxe detect https://github.com/tiny-craft/tiny-rdm/releases/download/v1.2.3/TinyRDM_Setup_1.2.3_windows_x64.exe is malware and was automatic delete. i test scan Installation file by Kaspersky on another PC result not found malware but norton detect is malware

can send file to norton for analysis if false positive https://safeweb.norton.com/file_dispute

I expect other antiviruses in the norton lifelock affiliated companies, such as Avast, AVG, Avira maybe also identify this as malware.
