Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. 通过 SSH 跳板 连接 cloud redis （强制 TLS 无密码） 失败，提示 EOF 这台跳板机是可以正常登录的，因为内部所有服务器都是通过这台跳板机登录 远程访问 MySQL 也是通过此跳板机登录 为了验证问题，使用 DataGrip 登录相同的跳板机连接 cloud redis 是没有问题的。

Steps to Reproduce: 使用的是 oracle cloud。如果需要可以联系我，我单独给你开一台实例测试
