Suggestion: New Command: `InlineBookmarks: Open Settings`

Hello

thank you very much for sharing your great work!

While using Inline Bookmarks, I have noted that in the beginning, I have often to open the settings and search for bookmarks to get the list of the InlineBookmarks keywords e.g. @todo, and to adjust/add new items.

Therefore: Could you please think about adding a new command like InlineBookmarks: Open Settings? It would help to work with InlineBookmarks more fluent 😀

This would probably help a lot: The project https://github.com/alefragnani/vscode-bookmarks has added its similar command: bookmarks.openSettings and they made all changes in this single change request 😀:
