a way to sort or drag bookmarks

Currently the bookmarks are presented in alphabetical order of the file.

Would be nice to drag them to whatever order the user wants.

And a lightweight change that can accomplish a lot of custom ordering: different sorting of bookmarks:

• a-z
• or by creation time
• or modification time.

Modification time is nice because you just change the comment to move its place in the sort order.
