PR to add support for vault in java as requested in #167

Thanks, this is awesome! We'll merge this, but maybe not in 1.5.0 because it'll take us some time to import HashiCorp Vault API to our internal repo.

Scratch my last comment. This looks so good that I think it should make 1.5.0. I'll review early next week.

It looks like this won't make 1.5.0, as there's a few things that I want to discuss before merging.

@thaidn @rosstimothy are there any updates on the above, and is there anything an external contributor could do to help things along? We are also very interested in using Tink in conjunction with Hashicorp Vault.

This PR is going to go stale / fall behind. Oh, it looks like it is already stale with build file conflicts.
