v6 flashes red light 16 times

Dyson V6, equipped with FU-Dyaon-MBS, has been flashing 16 red lights for a while. This issue does not occur when there is no load, and it also does not happen with the original firmware. What could be the reason?

That can happen when the ISL94208 chip on the BMS board is browning out, likely due to the battery cells having too high of an ESR to handle the in-rush current of the vacuum startup. This can sometimes be worked around but adding a capacitor to specific pins on the board.
