Hi! The first thing I'd suggest doing is using a multimeter to measure the resistance between the terminals on the vacuum (not the battery). It's possible something failed short-circuit in the motor causing the battery to trip that error.

Could you also confirm if the battery seems to operate correctly when not installed in the vacuum?
