I tried to flash it using TL866II+ using PICLF1829 configuration because 1847 was not in the list

It said ID was 0xA5 and disabled ID check to flash. I flashed your intel HEX file then verified the contents of FLASH and EEPROM it was ok I flashed it with magnet and switch on But now I have constant 24V on the output without magnet and no led at all

Hello,

I'm sorry I haven't replied until now, but I was just working with another user on an issue any they were also using a non-PicKit programmer with a PIC16LF1829 profile. In their case, the issue was caused by the configuration bits not being set properly by the programmer for the FOSC setting, and it was causing odd timing issues for them. It might be worth reading this issue thread and see if it helps with your issue.

Beyond this, I'm not sure I can be much help since I don't have that specific programmer.
