What about browsers not supported by Angular?

Given that more modern versions of Angular JS 1 and Angular don't support IE8 and lower; if you're depending on Angular to work, then you're at risk of your script that is supposed to tell people they're on an unsupported browser may not work because it depends on a library (Angular) that does not support their browser.
