Self hosted tinasauras + Bitbucket + Keycloak + MongoDB

Hello, Thanks for the amazing work that has been put into this repo.

I want to self host the tinasauras in my network but I want to use bitbucket, keycloak and MongoDB. Where should I override this? Should I self-host tinaCMS or tinasauras can be extended to accommodate this change?

Requesting your advice on this.
