Docs around Teams and Teams CLI

Was it issue #120 that also was incorporated? I think there could be more explanation here, but as a bare minimum this is 👌🏼

Sorry just saw your notes now @kendallstrautman ! The Tina serve command has kind of been put on ice for the time being, so I may end up removing it from the CLI (and the docs along with it). I'm also not sure why I self-referenced this PR in the description :/ I think I meant to link it to an issue in another repo

Just looking into this now. It's not super clear to me the steps to get setup.

After the global install with getting started, it might be good to prompt folks on next steps — which commands should they run or what should they expect to see happen so they know they're on the right track.

Is it expected on the commands page that they follow the list sort of one by one to get the party started? If so, we could add like a

Step 1 - Login

Step 2 - Add your site

etc... to help walk people through the setup
