Allow map to be dragged when cropping

When cropping it is not possible to click and drag the map, instead a new point is added to the polygon. It would be useful to allow click & drag as this is a feature all users of web based maps are familiar with.

The current setup requires the user to zoom out and zoom into a new location to place a new point during cropping
