Spell out account confirmation link in email

The confirmation email only has a HTML portion, which looks like

You can confirm your account email through the link below:

Confirm my account

So the hyperlink also needs to spelled out, http://mapwarper.net/u/confirmation?confirmation_token=... to be fully accessible. Also odd, it is only http not https.

Also say "This link will expire in 36 hours." etc.
