"Create" button looks disabled

On https://mapwarper.net/maps/new the Create button is in gray color: So I keep on looking for some required field on the form to fill in to turn the Create button into some other color, because as we all know, grey things are usually disabled choices. OK, it still works, despite being grey. But please consider other colors. I mean why is "Back" black, but not "Create"? Thanks.
