Feature request: improving management markers for rectifying

There are three buttons to manage rectify points.

When one has selected the middle one (moving points) and one drags NOT on a marker (click, hold down & move mouse) the map moves. Great! Could that functionality be added to the 'place marker' also?

So that one clicks, holds down & drags in 'place marker mode' the map moves (and no marker is placed).. And therefore only a marker is placed when one clicks only (no, or minimal dragging).

That would help greatly in the user experience of placing all the markers..
