KML files in google earth app

Hello, I tried to open my warped maps on my mobile devices (IOS), but it doesn't seem to work. I can import the KML files into the Google Earth app and the app zoomes to the proper place, but the map does not appear. On the desktop version the maps are shown correctly. I also tried to save the files as KMZ, but it makes no difference. Does anyone have a solution to this? Regards, Alex
