Add pixelpwnr-exporter as a relevant project

I've created pixelpwnr-exporter which simply exports the pixelpwnr stats file in a format digestible by Prometheus, and figured it'd be of interest to share it. I use it to generate a Grafana Dashboard of our current pixelpwnr stats, to visualize how much data we've wasted and at what rate.
