Add license please

Hi,

Thanks for sharing this!

Could you add an explicit license to the repository, since otherwise technically it's covered by normal copyright and people are not allowed to use it.

One option would be just to use the Apache 2 license similar to Home Assistant itself https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/blob/dev/LICENSE.md .
