Songs with UTF-8 encoding don't show up correctly

💬 Description

Songs with UTF-8 encoding sometimes (but not always) show up incorrectly.

I think this is actually an Android bug but google seems unwilling/unable to fix it, so I'm hoping that Shuttle2 could read the file from the media library and decode it correctly.

🦶 Reproduction Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download file below (I've changed the tags to repro the bug, but the mp3 file itself is from an example mp3)
2. Add the song to Shuttle2
3. See the song title mangled

🤔 Expected Results

Song title should read "Chanson d’un jour d’hiver"

😲 Actual Results

Song title reads "Chanson d’un jour d’hiver"
