Read metadata from WAV files

Description of bug:

WAV file metadata isn't read

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put a WAV file on phone
2. Look at it in Shuttle

Expected outcome:

Should show the Artist etc information from the ID3 chunk.

Observations/Actual Result:

WAV files have Artist, etc listed as <unknown>
