[Feature Request] Create a Scoop Bucket for Brigadier

For quickly and easily managing the install for this app, it would be great to see a Scoop Bucket added for it.

A Scoop Bucket allows a user to add this repo as a supported bucket to the Scoop package manager on Windows.

The process can be automated through GitHub Actions and the instructions to create it can be found here or via this link to the repo for the template.
